• When a Coachy books a session, we collect information such as the time and date of the session, the chosen Coach, and any preferences or notes provided by the Coachy during the booking process.

c. Usage Data

• We collect information about your interactions with the App, such as your IP address, device information, app usage data, and browsing behavior within the app to improve user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

a. For Coaches:

• To create and manage your profile.
• To allow you to set and update your availability for booking.
• To facilitate bookings and communication with Coachys.
• To process payments and send notifications.

b. For Coachys:

• To enable you to browse available Coaches.
• To book coaching sessions based on Coach availability.
• To communicate with your chosen Coach before and after sessions.
• To send you notifications and reminders about your upcoming sessions.

c. General Use:

• To provide and maintain the App.
• To improve the user experience, including user interface updates and feature development.
• To monitor app performance and security.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

a. Coaches and Coachys:

• Coaches will have access to information such as the Coachy's name, contact details, and any session preferences for the purposes of delivering the booked service.
• Coachys will have access to the Coach's profile, availability schedule, and contact details for communication before or after a session.
